Sanjit started his career in film & television before moving into advertising at Time Warner (IPC Media). After several years working in both print & digital he moved into technology & ecommerce for 8 years before co-founding Squawka. He left at the start of 2017 after Fremantle Media became the majority shareholder and began testing different business models with sports rights holders with a view to starting a sports marketing agency.
With over 20 years experience in the Sports industry, Rory has seen the full effect of change on the sector. He began his career at IMG Media working across Premier League rights before moving to a boutique events agency. He then spent many years at agency giant WPP as one of the founding partners of Mediacom Sport. He left in 2016 as Head of Sponsorship Strategy with a vision of a new form of agency service.
A true entrepreneur, Steve had a variety of businesses before working as a talent agent in Golf, Motorsports & Cricket. After spending time with some of the biggest names in the sector he realised that whoever could effectively join Brands, Talent and Fans would have a superior market positioning.
